Call for 108 heroes who will be the creator of Tokyo Artpoint!! "Tokyo Artpoint Project" fosters those who are to contrive and run art point - naming them "Shikkai-ya": a person to innovate the capacity of culture in society via art.

* The concept of "Shikkai-ya" derives from the Osaka's old profession in Edo period. The then Shikkai-ya was a Kimono agent who mediated Kimono makers and clients for the every process of making Kimono. Expressing our intention for each intern to become a professional mediator between people, city and activities, we have decided to name our program "Shikkai-ya".
