Kosuke Fujitaka (Co-Founder of Tokyo Art Beat and NY Art Beat)

Graduated from faculty of economics at University of Tokyo, Mr. Fujitaka is the Co-Founder of Japan’s largest bilingual art information site "Tokyo Art Beat" in 2004, and also launched NY Art Beat in New York City in 2008. He is also the Co-Founder of new art fair 101 TOKYO which was launched in April, 2008.

Dominique Chen (Director of Creative Commons Japan / Co-Founder and Director of Dividual Inc)

Mr. Chen is a Director of Creative Commons Japan (NPO), and also the Co-founding Director of Dividual Inc. Researching how modes of creativity have changed with new media technology, he has been seeking a methodology wherein the two can interact with one another in the borderline sphere of media art and web culture.
