Joyful 100 Days of the City

Bokuto area lies on the east of the Sumida River, in the north of Sumida Ward. During the Edo Period, this area was a popular hangout for litterateurs, and started to known as a area which nurtured the diverse and vibrant mix of cultures. This autumn, artists will gather again in Bokuto area to take part in a variety of art projects. At the climax of the event, the 'Joyful 100 Days of the City' will start.

● About Association of Mukojima Studies
Association of Mukojima Studies is a non profit organization aiming to study on community revitalization. Mainly consisted of voluntary members who have been involved in urban development in Mukojima area, the organization conducts a broad range of activities such as collecting and providing local resource and information, supporting local revitalization movement, research on housing and urban planning, and creating networks with other community-based organizations.
