TERATOTERA
The areas around Koenji Station and Kichijoji Station on the JR Chuo Line has been home to many artists and authors for years and is known for attracting fans of film, theatrical art, and music. This area has also been a consistently popular residential area for young people.
Although this area is abundant in art spots such as galleries and theaters, it lacks an established cultural cohesiveness. This program aims to connect each art spot and recreate this area as a new cultural haven of Japan. The program creates a map of art spots and holds festivals to facilitate interaction and collaboration between art directors and artists in each spot.
