The Tokyo Artpoint Project offers programs that are designed to nurture individuals who can voluntarily put together and manage an“artpoint,”a focal point for people, towns and activities.
The Tokyo Art Research Lab is a research project which analyzes unverified cases and cases in progress related to art projects. Through its activities, it is intended to improve environmental infrastructure and nurture individuals for promotion of art activities that connect community and people.
